My account is set to external, but I am an internal candidate, so I can’t apply for internal roles

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to candidates' profiles with regards to changing from external to internal candidates. This can only be done by the recruitment team at your organisation, who will need to verify that your account should be set as an internal candidate.

Please contact your recruitment team directly or alternatively, please raise a ticket and include the name of the organisation you work for and we will pass the details on to the relevant department in your organisation.
